This peer-led support group is for postpartum women (birth-12 months) experiencing symptoms of the baby blues, postpartum depression, or other perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
This group meets weekly via Zoom on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM. For additional information please contact Katie or Lisa at beyondthebabyblues3@gmail.com.
