Obtaining Medical Images
If you are looking for copies of your medical images to be sent to a provider, please call Hunterdon Medical Center's Medical Imaging Records Department at 908-788-6387.
Obtaining Emergency Department Medical Records
If you are looking for copies of your medical records from an Emergency Department visit to be sent to a provider, please call Hunterdon Medical Center's Medical Records Department at 908-788-6380. The provider can also request the records by faxing 908-788-6542.
