Build Healthy Habits After Cancer: Small Changes for Lasting Wellness
FREE Virtual Webinar!
Today, more people than ever are cancer survivors – projected to be 22.2 million by 2035.
This interactive online workshop is designed to help cancer survivors build realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term wellness. Participants will learn how to move from simply knowing what they “should” do to identifying realistic, sustainable habits they can actually incorporate into their everyday lives. Topics such as mindfulness, exercise, nutrition and hydration will be discussed as strategies for prevention and reducing recurrence risk. By attending, participants will be able to:
• Identify 1 to 4 practical habits tailored to lifestyle
• Create small but meaningful changes that support healing
• Build confidence
• Gain support to move forward with strength and intention
Following the treatment period, the focus shifts to recovery, monitoring and rebuilding health. Getting involved in follow-ups is a good way to regain some of the control lost during cancer treatment. By creating a wellness plan moving forward, the process can help identify what is important and guide lifestyle behaviors and health care decisions for the months and years ahead.
