Life After Caregiving is a virtual six-part support/education series running from February to July 2026.
The life of a caregiver for a loved one is filled with challenging tasks, decisions and emotions. After that loved one dies, grieving caregivers face an equally challenging task - redefining life after being a caregiver.
If you are at least 60 years of age, residing in Hunterdon County, and you have recently lost a loved one whom you cared for and are looking for support, please join us for this series that combines education, support, coping, and connection. The group will be held virtually through an online platform beginning in February.
There is no cost for participation. This program is supported by the Caregivers Initiative in Hunterdon County and facilitated by Hunterdon Behavioral Health clinicians.
Please sign up only if you can attend all sessions.
The group meets on Tuesdays at noon on February 24th, March 24th, April 21st, May 26th, June 23rd and July 28th.
