Amy Fiore is a pediatric physical therapist. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Health with a major in Physical Therapy in 1992. Amy has over 30 years of experience specializing in Pediatric Physical Therapy and has dedicated her time to helping babies, children, and their families. She has been with Hunterdon Health since 2005, working in the home-based Early Intervention Program for ages 0-3 and providing outpatient PT services in Child Development. Prior to working at Hunterdon Health, she worked for 8 years in Early Intervention with Children’s Specialized Hospital, where she served as their Clinical Coordinator for Early Intervention. Amy also has experience working as a contract physical therapist in the public school system. Amy’s experience and special training include working with children with prematurity, torticollis, developmental delays, low muscle tone, genetic and neurologic disorders, Brachial Plexus injury, Cerebral Palsy, and motor control deficits related to Autism. When Amy is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adult children, and she enjoys yoga, biking, paddle boarding, hiking, and relaxing at the beach.
