About Me
Heather has been a physical therapist since 2010 and has been with Hunterdon Health since 2016. She is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the spine and extremities (McKenzie Method), LSVT BIG for treatment of Parkinson’s Disease, and has done coursework in different styles of instrument-assisted soft tissue massage, including the Graston technique and cupping. Heather has started coursework on Total Motion Release, a technique that allows the body to naturally realign and heal. Heather specializes in orthopedics with a special interest in treating the spine. In her spare time, Heather enjoys spending time outdoors as well as playing and watching sports with her husband and two children.
