Heidi was drawn to family medicine because she wanted to help others live their lives to the fullest and partner in nurturing their wellness through all of life’s stages and changes. Her professional interests include functional/integrative medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, community and environmental health, women’s health, fertility awareness and restorative reproductive medicine, and medical ethics. Heidi enjoys spending free time with friends and family, sharing home-cooked meals, gardening, singing, and going on adventures with her puppy Oliver.
