Jordan L. Vitelli, FNP-C

Jordan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in surgical and acute care nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and brings over seven years of hands-on experience in hospital and community health settings.

Born and raised in Hunterdon County, Jordan is deeply committed to caring for the community she calls home. Her approach to practice is warm, collaborative, and centered on building trusting relationships with her patients. She believes that every person deserves compassionate, holistic care that supports both their physical and emotional well-being.
