She is active with the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and the Asia-Pacific Association of Gynecologic Endoscopy. She is also a Reiki I and Reiki II master and holds an ayurvedic degree from the Institute of Ayurvedic and Integrative Medicine. Dr. Abeysinghe has been named Healthy Living’s New Jersey Top Doctor and is a recipient of the Patient Choice Award, the Outstanding Laparoscopic Surgery Award and the Most Compassionate Doctor Award.
