Sapir was drawn to family medicine because of the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and care for individuals and families across every stage of life. Her professional interests include integrative medicine, women’s health, preventive care, global health, and lifestyle medicine. During medical school, she pursued research in longevity medicine, digital health, and adolescent mental health, and worked with underserved communities in both the United States and abroad. She is particularly passionate about helping patients optimize their health through evidence-based approaches that integrate nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and conventional medicine. Outside of medicine, Sapir enjoys practicing and teaching yoga, cooking, staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, and exploring new places with family, friends, and her Shiba Inu dog.
