About Me
Dr. Umeh grew up in Nigeria where I earned my Bachelors in Science degree in Biochemistry from Anambra State University. Upon immigrating to the United States, he completed his prerequisites for pharmacy school at Nashville State Community College. He later attained his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from East Tennessee State University-Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy in 2022. During pharmacy school, he was involved in community outreach services such as vaccinations, diabetes education and blood pressure monitoring. He completed his PGY1 Pharmacy residency in 2023 at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional in Maryland. His areas of interest include critical care and infectious diseases. He hopes to gain more clinical knowledge during this residency. During his free time, he enjoys bicycle riding, spending time outdoors and going on road trips.
