Praakruti Cherukuri, MD

Dr. Cherukuri discovered her love for family medicine during her rotations in medical school. She found things that she liked in each of her rotations, but couldn’t see herself doing any of those specialties. Once she began her family medicine rotation, it was like she found her calling. She enjoys the versatility of the field and the variety that she encounters with people of different backgrounds and stages of life. The ability to establish long-term connections with the patients and be able to provide preventative care are things that greatly appeal to her.
