Classes

There are over 100 classes offered throughout the year at the Hunterdon Health & Wellness Centers. All of our instructors are highly trained and certified. They all teach classes at multiple levels and welcome members who have not previously attended group fitness classes.

We have had many questions about our yoga classes. These too are multi-level. You do not have to be a master of yoga to take a class. Our instructors will make you feel comfortable no matter what your ability.
