Hunterdon Health Announces July Employee of the Month - Susan Bolash

The Hunterdon Health Employee of the Month award recognizes outstanding performance of employees throughout Hunterdon Health.  Employees are evaluated on their ability to demonstrate our core values of ACCOUNTABLE, ADAPTABLE, AUTHENTIC, INCLUSIVE, COMMITTED and EMPOWERED.  We are pleased to announce our July Employee of the Month is Susan Bolash, Billing Specialist, Central Billing Office.

Here are a few highlights from Sue’s nominations.

• Sue represents the organization’s core values on all levels. Sue is accountable and her job performance represents this, she is steadfast, trustworthy, stands behind her work and decisions, and very dependable.
• Sue is extremely adaptive and this was represented during our recent move to a new building. Sue coordinated much of the move and adapted to the challenges and changes that were presented to her. She took on the burdens to make the move easier for her coworkers in the office. She went back and forth between the office, carloads each time, she worked with all components of the address change for insurance, couriers, and many other vendors to make this transition smooth and organized. She worked out kinks with other departments to coordinate the phones/computer/printers making sure everything was ready and working on the first official day there.
• Sue is authentic and treats everyone with the utmost respect. She has developed relationships with her coworkers and all that comes into our office, everyone is a friend to Sue and it is genuine.
• Sue is great at being inclusive as she is unbiased, open-minded, and honest.
• Committed is a word that represents Sue's job performance and dedication, she takes on multiple roles without being asked when she sees there is a need. Sue will stay late to complete a task and follows through on her promise.
• Sue is empowered.  She faces all challenges head-on and does so with strength and grace in all that she does.
• Sue is very deserving of this award and represents all of these core values in her everyday life.
