October Employee of the Month Renee Carr

• Renee consistently provides exceptional, compassionate, high-quality patient care. She goes above and beyond, treats everyone with respect and dignity, and ensures patients' needs are fully met—often delaying her own breaks to do so.
• Renee is reliable and has a wonderful work ethic. She takes complete ownership of her responsibilities. Colleagues know they can completely count on her to anticipate needs, take initiative without being asked, and handle tasks independently.
• Renee promptly reports abnormalities and communicates any changes in a patient's condition to the nursing staff immediately.
• Renee is a true team player who supports both patients and coworkers. She readily helps others, never backs down from a challenge, and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.
• No matter how busy or difficult a shift gets, Renee maintains a cheerful, positive attitude and easily adapts to changing plans with grace and a smile. 
• Renee is someone you can always count on. She takes ownership of everything she does, and you never have to wonder if something was missed. 
• Renee embodies the organization's core values, leading by example and inspiring those around her through her selflessness, genuineness, and dedication.
