So you or a person you care about has been referred to Hunterdon Behavioral Health (HBH) services. What does that mean?
It means you are thinking about or have decided to get the help you need, but you’re probably uncertain about what to expect next. You may be worried about the cost, your job, or your family.
This page outlines all of the outpatient programs at HBH and what you can expect.
All Outpatient HBH Services require completion of an initial assessment appointment with a licensed therapist.
Once the assessment is completed, follow-up appointment(s) will be scheduled based on your needs. You will be able to discuss treatment options during the initial assessment appointment to determine the best plan for you.
Most insurances are accepted, and Financial Assistance is available for those who qualify.
Our Intake Department staff will work with you during the admission process to determine your insurance coverage. We encourage you to be proactive and contact your insurance company to confirm benefits.
