Student Learning Opportunities

There are many opportunities available at Hunterdon Medical Center and throughout Hunterdon Health for students of many ages and levels.

• Student Shadowing Program - for students age 16+ interested in a healthcare career in clinical and non-clinical areas.
• High School Student Volunteer Program - volunteer opportunities available for 15-18 year-olds (must have completed ninth grade).
• Summer College Volunteer Program - volunteer opportunities available during summer break.
• Internships - for college or graduate students looking for experience in healthcare positions.
• Nurse Externship Program - for rising senior-level nursing students.
• Clinical Student Rotation - available to students of college or trade schools who have an affiliation agreement with Hunterdon Health.

• Medical, Pharmacy & Physician Assistant Students - Family and pharmacy residencies and PA Clinical Rotations available.
