Atlantic Health Radiologists
Hunterdon Anesthesia Associates
ProMed Pathology (Morristown Pathology)

For out-of-network services:

  • You should have contacted your insurance company to discuss out-of-network benefits, if any, and identify the specific potential out-of-pocket expenses as they will exceed out-of-pocket expenses for an in-network practice/facility; and,
  • you are responsible for any excess amount above the allowed amount your insurance plan pays and reimburses for the services.

As with the insurance plans Hunterdon Health participates in, variations in plans and levels of coverage could make a difference in your out-of-pocket costs. It is always best to contact your insurance company to obtain more information.

Please keep in mind that the above information applies to the services provided by the listed physicians and physician groups within Hunterdon Health facilities. Services provided by these physicians and physician groups outside of our facilities might not be covered under the same insurance plans. If these physicians or physician groups will provide you services outside of our facilities, like at a follow-up visit in their private practice office, you should check with them to determine if those services will be considered in-network or out-of-network with your insurance plan.
