Our PCP, Pediatrician, and PT/OT are in this building. Huge gym and friendly receptionist staff when you walk in. Very customer-friendly with elevators, vending machines, a waiting area with lunch tables, outdoor patio tables, and a spacious free parking lot.

Andrew is very kind and helped me to pursue my strength training and weight loss. He pushed me physically but took into account how I was feeling. Amazing to work with and always gave me something new to do. Andrew is very professional and kind, and I am glad I was able to train with him. He also made sure I was doing the exercises correctly and working the proper muscles. He also gave me exercises to do at home. Overall a great guy to work with and recommend for personal training.

Andrew was my friend and my trainer. He was excellent! Very helpful, and patient, but pushes you just enough so you can get the job done. He gets a “10” for the best trainer!

I think Clinton’s Hunterdon Health & Wellness Center is wonderful. A broad range of machines, pool, weights, and fitness classes. What more could you ask for!

Great place for doctors’ appointments, kids’ physicals/appointments/check-ups/well visits, and an excellent swimming pool. The locker rooms have showers and are always clean and everything is handicap accessible. They have a great gym with mostly cardio machines but there are free weights, squat racks, benches, and many more muscle-building machines in the back. Overall 5/5 would recommend. Plenty of variety and is worth the money to get a membership.

Sharon is the best trainer. Invest in her and you invest in yourself.

Sharon's approach to training is to keep it interesting and varied. She has worked with me on machines, on the floor, and in the therapy pool. She's equally capable in all these areas. We try new things and approaches that I didn't know about that support my fitness goals.

I've been training with Steve for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the positive impact he’s had on my fitness journey. When I first started, I had minimal experience in the gym and was dealing with recurring back and knee issues that made me hesitant about working out. I have been working with Sharon for the last three months on my balance and flexibility. She was amazing to work with. Always having new and fun exercises to keep the workout interesting. I can do a lot of exercises by myself at home. She also helped me get more confidence to work with the machines and different cardio methods. I’m feeling so much better. Thank you!

When we started personal training in our 60s, we wanted to improve and maintain our health. Our amazing and dedicated trainer, Gigi, diligently worked with us to help rebuild our strength, flexibility, stamina and balance through a customized exercise program which she developed especially to suit each of our individual needs.

Five years later, we still meet with her once a week and are actually feeling younger than when we started, with a notable increase in our balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength. Our goal weights have been met thanks to this consistent training with Gigi, who gently pushes us to be the best we can be. We both look forward to continuing our training with her each week, and she devises a different regimen each time so that it’s never boring.

We highly recommend personal training with Gigi, no matter your age or physical condition. She can help you meet all your health goals and, most importantly, can encourage you with a smile and be a cheerleader to help you get there!

I have trained with Sharon for a few years and have seen real results. Sharon has customized a regimen for me that takes into consideration fitness level, any injury or ailment, and goals. At 66 I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years, no doubt my sessions with Sharon are a big reason why. In addition to being a great trainer she is a great person as well. She truly cares about her clients' overall wellness, frequently offering advice that helps well beyond the actual training sessions. I highly recommend Sharon!

Equipped with a large Olympic-sized swimming pool, sauna, steam room, showers and restrooms! All equipment is like new, easily available (no to fewer wait times), and in great working condition. Lots of weights for women’s and men’s strength training. Multiple classes are offered daily. Swim lessons for children and adults. You can bring a guest for $10 a day with you any day. Swim lessons can be registered to be taken by non-members also at a smaller extra rate. Overall it’s a beautiful and clean gym. The front desk ladies are very friendly, amazing, warm and welcoming! They know us by name - so sweet!!

After a bilateral hip replacement and physical therapy, I gradually went on to exercise at the Hunterdon Health & Wellness Centers! Such a welcoming facility with knowledgeable, caring staff and classes/equipment for every fitness level.

Jim B. has in a very short period of time made a remarkable impact on my life. I now walk a lot easier and I am a lot more flexible. I'm able to do things I wasn't able to do six months ago. He is incredibly knowledgeable about how muscles work with movement, and what to work on to alleviate pain and increase strength and flexibility. Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, most successful ways to improve your health and fitness. I have been practicing yoga with Carolyn G. for over five years and I decided to do some training with her to strengthen my core. Carolyn has developed an effective cardio and strength training program for me and individualized my training by setting reasonable goals and when met, makes getting to the next goal achievable. She has an incredible foundation of knowledge, really cares, and really wants her clients to succeed. I have seen an incredible improvement in both my strength and energy level.

As a mom of two young children and working full time, I needed a stronger commitment to getting back into the gym to work on a healthier lifestyle. Having a weekly appointment with a personal trainer was the motivation I required. I’ve been specifically working with Jim B. and he has helped ensure the routine is custom to my personal goals, physical injuries, and busy work schedule! In addition, Jim has helped encourage and push me to act on other healthy activities outside of our planned sessions (ie: additional cardio work and watching my diet). I have been a member for more than four years and have worked with Beth M. specifically for most of that time. I can truly say that being a member is one of the best things I have done to improve my health. I have struggled to maintain my health for some of this time, however, exercise and personal training provided me with an opportunity to prepare for surgery and recover faster and better. In addition, I am fitter now than I have been in a long time and am enjoying the outcomes of my program.
