High Bridge Resident Donates Comfort Baskets for Women Who Have Experienced a Pregnancy Loss

High Bridge resident, Lauren Welch, wanted to do something special for mothers who have had a pregnancy loss after she experienced a loss in June 2022 and February 2023.  After receiving a care bag after her loss, she was inspired to collect donations and assembled baskets that included items of comfort such as a blanket, tissues, a journal, a pregnancy loss book, a list of supportive resources, a door dash gift card, and a personal note from Lauren.  The baskets will be given to bereaved mothers at Hunterdon Medical Center.
