Hunterdon Health and Independence Manor to Host Advance Care Planning Program

Join us for an informative and meaningful conversation in recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day. This event will focus on the importance of planning and having open discussions about healthcare wishes and decision-making.  Independence Manor and Hunterdon Health will host a panel discussion by local professionals to help educate and empower our community. This event will be held on Thursday, April 16th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Independence Manor, 188 Rte. 31, Flemington, NJ.
