It was a hot day at the Ridge at Back Brook on May 19th, but the high temperatures didn't stop the community from coming out to support Hunterdon Health Foundation. The Hunterdon Heroes Golf Classic successfully raised $140,000, with every dollar going directly toward the medical center's programs and services. On the course, congratulations went to the tournament's winning foursome: Dr. David Krausse, Dr. Stan Sheft, Dr. Naveen Ballem, and Richard Buonocore. Off the course, several golfers also walked away as winners through the event's tricky tray raffles and a $5,000 gift card giveaway courtesy of Flemington Department Store & Roger's Appliances.
The event's success relied heavily on the support of its local business partners. A special thank you to the presenting sponsors, Flemington Department Store & Roger's Appliances, and Hunterdon Cardiovascular Associates, for anchoring this year's effort. We’re incredibly grateful to them and all of the event sponsors and players who braved the heat. Thanks to this incredible turnout, these funds are going straight to work helping patients right here in our community.
