Robyn Van Hise and Noah Donovan of Flemington are the proud parents of a baby girl, Briar Snow Donovan, who was born at 2:48 a.m. on January 1, 2023 at Hunterdon Medical Center. Briar is the couple’s first child and weighed 8 pounds and 7 ounces and is 21 inches long.
