July Employee of the Month Robert Rapolla

Here are just a few highlights from Robert’s nominations:

• Robert is a dedicated and selfless unsung hero. He works tirelessly responding to all of the HMG practices’ ongoing maintenance needs.
• Hunterdon Family Medicine at Delaware Valley has recently had significant and urgent building repairs. While one issue quickly led to another in this old building, Robert quickly took charge, acting as a project manager. He made arrangements with all of the required vendors and subcontractors to make sure that the work would be done thoroughly and properly all while keeping our staffing and patients safety a priority.
• Robert has been adaptable, quickly pivoting to new issues as they come up without causing concern to employees or patients.
• Robert leads like a pro with his knowledge of hospital and Joint Commission standards and has been a stellar example of our organizational core values during this time in our office.
• Robert’s commitment to getting significant issues resolved has been remarkable.
• In any situation you feel supported and confident that Robert will get the job done.
• As new projects are thrown his way and new changes come from leadership, Robert thinks outside of the box while understanding how change impacts others.
• He is considerate but knows when change needs to be implemented for the better.
• Robert promotes inclusivity by proactively collaborating with team members and taking the time to understand the needs of the practices.
• Robert takes the time to listen and understand the issues or concerns at hand, and clarifies the workflow.
• He is committed to seeing jobs through to the end, even if it is lengthy or challenging, he always follows through.
• Several practices have had significant property damage due to flooding, i.e. roof leaking, water pipe bursting in bathroom, and without question he coordinated all of the necessary people to expedite repairs.
• Robert performed the work of a project manager and did it seamlessly.
• His knowledge base is abounding and he is never too busy to assist in helping to explain the right way to finish the task no matter how large.
• Robert is approachable and always greets everyone in his authentic friendly manner.
