Active Shooter Drill Held at HMC
On December 17th Hunterdon Health hosted an Active Shooter Drill to help test local first responder response. The drill tested Hunterdon Health’s lock down system as well as police and local EMS response. Patient care was never interrupted and the drill took place on the 4th floor in the Medical Education wing. A special thank you to Keith Paradiso, Emergency Management & Safety Specialist for Hunterdon Health for organizing as well as the following for participating: Hunterdon County Public Safety and Emergency Management, Hunterdon County Communications, Hunterdon County Prosecutors Office, Raritan Township Police Department, Readington Township Police Department, Hunterdon Medical Center Paramedics, Hunterdon County Sheriff's Office, Flemington-Raritan Rescue Squad, Whitehouse Rescue Squad and Hunterdon Health Emergency Management and Hunterdon Health Security Department.
