August Employee of the Month - Marron Taguines
Here are just a few highlights from Marron’s nominations:
Marron has worked for Hunterdon Health for three years now, and during this time, she has trained in multiple positions in our department. Each time she tried something new, she mastered it quickly. She most enjoyed a food production position and is our primary team member for making all the patient salads and sandwiches. She also prepares the cold items for the GET/Ecafe 2U employee orders.
It is always such a rewarding experience when a special person comes into your life, and this employee is one of those special people. Marron is a lovely person, and she is the bright light in our department. She greets co-workers every morning with a smile, hello, and a positive outlook. She has a wonderful relationship with her co-workers, and laughter is her forte.
Marron completes all her assigned tasks efficiently and then, during downtime, is always willing to assist other team members. She is precise, quick, and adaptive to whatever comes her way. If there is a last-minute catering request, she is more than happy to fulfill it.
Marron communicates with the managers with respect and brings forward concerns that may arise. Each day, she ensures that the bread is ordered for all the patients, the cafe, and catering needs. She has developed into a true asset for our team and truly deserves this honor.\
Marron prepares ahead so that the employees following her are all set up for their shift and that they have all of the raw materials they need to ensure that there are no delays in completing patients' orders. She knows what needs to be done without reminders from her supervisors, and they are comforted to know that when she is working, everything will be done.
In a very diverse department, Marron is kind to everyone. She treats people equally and is always looking out for others. She is perceptive and inclusive, knowing what needs to be completed without asking. I often see co-workers gravitating towards her for a quick chat throughout the workday. She is adaptive and will fill in when needed to ensure that the department is running smoothly.
Marron is committed to excellence, and her end product is always top-notch. Additionally, her workstation is well-organized, neat, and always clean. She is a model employee in every way.
Marron is someone that you can count on every day. She has impeccable attendance and can be relied upon in snowstorms to be here at 6 am.
Marron is very skilled at training newer employees on her station and has an enthusiastic attitude toward it. She communicates very well concerning everyday needs, such as the bread order, produce, and products that are needed in the department.
Marron is constantly sanitizing and making sure everything is up to date and dated. She is accountable day in and day out for all that she is responsible for and then some. She has an amazing sense of efficiency and has eyes that see what needs to be done.
Marron is so deserving of this honor! She is the most consistently committed employee that we have! I am honored to work with such an amazing person; she makes an impact in countless ways!
