August Employee of the Month - Sally Boyd

Here are just a few highlights from Sally’s nominations:

• Sally's commitment to seamless personalized care goes beyond the doors of Hunterdon Pediatric Associates and reaches across the organization. When Developmental Pediatric Associates (DPA) lost its intake representative and faced significant challenges with scheduling new patients, Sally willingly stepped in to provide help. What followed was a creative solution to a complicated problem. Through her help, HPA has been able to streamline the process of getting kids into DPA and improving patient satisfaction.
• Sally quickly learned the intake process at DPA, assisting in ushering HPA patients through our lengthy intake process, following through on paperwork return and even learned the process for scoring assessment tools. 
• Sally wears many hats for HPA and DPA - managed care rep, PSR, and patient outreach coordinator. She is well respected by all and we are extremely fortunate to have her.
• I am constantly being told by parents how wonderful Sally is to work with and how helpful she is with referrals. Even other systems have commented on what a pleasure she is to work with. 
• We at HPA are so lucky to have Sally as a part of our team and I couldn’t think of a worthier person for employee of the month. Sally is a breath of fresh air. She makes great effort to greet and speak to staff and is genuine in her manner.
• Sally is always adaptable and flexible with her schedule changes and gives 110% to her work. She has real concern for the patients and families in providing them everything they need. 
• Sally has been generous with both her time and spirit. Sally is a team player who shows up with a smile and a sense of humor, willing to do whatever is needed to help. She is truly one of a kind and we are grateful to have her as part of our team.
• Sally is the first person to offer assistance even when not expected. She goes above and beyond for her coworkers and is always willing to learn new tasks and processes. Her positive outlook is contagious. She is a dedicated, hardworking individual. 
• Sally never fails to deliver the best version of herself - to the benefit of her coworkers and patients. DPA is grateful for her positive, "can-do" attitude. She truly puts values into action every day!
