December Employee of the Month - Allana Cursley, RN

Here are just a few highlights from Allana's nominations:

• Allana has shown me the absolute definition of what it means to be a proper team player. She has gone above and beyond her job description to make me feel like I belong with the rest of the team at the practice. 

• Allana’s empathy for our patients is felt throughout the office. She goes the extra mile and takes it upon herself to assist when she is needed.

• Allana has eased all of the "new hire anxiety" I had coming into my new role, and I really feel like she should be recognized for her amazing work ethic and endless dedication to patient care.

• Allana demonstrates a strong value of respect, dignity, impeccable communication for a smooth workflow, compassion for everyone she encounters, and a willingness to keep learning for the greater good of everybody she interacts with throughout her day-to-day. 

• Allana is never afraid to answer any questions, and when she is unsure, she makes it her mission to help resolve the situation at hand using all of her available resources.

• Allana takes the initiative to collaborate with the team to ensure that our patients receive the best care that we can provide

• Working alongside someone with such a great character ethic, such as Allana, makes me happy to be an employee of Hunterdon Health!
