Hunterdon Health Announces August Employee of the Month - Julia Toussaint

The Hunterdon Health Employee of the Month award recognizes the outstanding performance of employees throughout Hunterdon Health.  Employees are evaluated on their ability to demonstrate our core values of ACCOUNTABLE, ADAPTABLE, AUTHENTIC, INCLUSIVE, COMMITTED and EMPOWERED.  We are pleased to announce our August Employee of the Month is Julia Toussaint, Patient Service Representative with Hunterdon Internal Medicine Associates.

Here are a few highlights from Julia’s nominations:

• Julia is not only an outstanding employee; she is an amazing person. She brings positivity and light to our practice, our team and our patients.

• Julia has been with the organization for eight years and continues to go above and beyond for everyone she encounters. Some examples of her great work are: lending an ear to patients or staff who really need someone to talk to; planning and decorating for everyone's birthdays or big events; she created a theme for our PFAC meeting and went out and purchased all of the supplies and items to support that theme.

• Julia always goes above and beyond to try and accommodate the patients for appointments and contacts them several times to squeeze them in if she can.

• Julia works well with our team to offer ways to help and is always willing to adapt to improve herself and our front desk.
  No matter what kind of day she is having personally, Julia always has a smile on her face and still tries to bring joy to everyone around her.
• Julia never gives herself enough credit for how amazing she is. In her mind, she can always do better.
  Julia’s famous catchphrase is, "There's no place like HIMA." This practice is her home and she treats every single person (patients, doctors, teammates) like they are her family.
