June Employee of the Month - Natalia Colanduoni

Here are just a few highlights from Natalia’s nominations: 

• Natalia consistently goes above and beyond for her team. She is the "go-to" for any problem, assisting whenever needed.
• She motivates the staff and has been extremely helpful in making sure the team comes together to achieve all of their goals.
• Natalia is accountable and adaptable, always willing to help out on a project alongside her job duties while making sure everything is completed in a timely manner.
• Natalia demonstrates leadership qualities while being a mentor to many. She is truly authentic, thoughtful and caring to her co-workers, peers, leadership, and patients.
• Natalia is committed to our department. She always takes on additional responsibilities when asked, and always with a smile.
• Natalia is empowered and encourages her co-workers to do work to their best of their abilities and to take pride in their work. She also makes us feel valued and encourages us as a team.
• Natalia is a valuable part of our team with her knowledge and willingness to help. No matter how busy she is with her work, she will drop what she is doing to assist us all and she does this with supportive kindness.
• Natalia has a positive outlook, which is contagious and uplifting to all who know her. Her smile is a bright spot in my day. It is infectious and she is a true pleasure to work with!
• Natalia’s work is truly outstanding, which has a positive impact on the success of our team. She is a valued asset of the AR Team at the CBO.
• Natalia is thoughtful and caring towards everyone. She shows this outside of work as well. I was recently taken ill and she came to my home with a care package to cheer me up. I feel honored to know and work with her.
• She is a knowledgeable resource, dedicated, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
