Main Street Half Marathon of Hunterdon Donates Over $10,000 to Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center

Main Street Half Marathon of Hunterdon presented a check that surpassed $10,000 to support Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center. This substantial amount was garnered through a busy weekend of events, including the endearing Superhero Sprint for little ones, a 4-mile race, and the exhilarating half marathon. Racers were encouraged throughout the picturesque course by enthusiastic volunteers at cheering stations. They were welcomed into the finish line with vibrant music courtesy of a local band, The Big Fuss, and cold brew from sponsor, Sunken Silo. The entirety of funds collected have been wholeheartedly committed to benefit programs at Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center.

About the Foundation: Hunterdon Health Foundation is the fundraising organization for Hunterdon Health System.  They receive support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other sources to assist Hunterdon Medical Center and its affiliated non-profit organizations, in fulfilling their mission to meet the community’s need for high-quality healthcare.
