• This employee always follows through, no matter how tough the shift or how busy things get. Whether it’s keeping up with patient care or documentation, you can count on her to get things done right, every time.
• If something goes wrong, Mady takes responsibility and always works with the team to find a solution—no finger-pointing, just focus on fixing things together.
• Mady is the first to advocate for our patients, ensuring they get the care they deserve, even if it means going above and beyond.
• Mady is a master at adjusting on the fly. When things take a turn, whether it's an emergency or an unexpected change, she stays calm and pivots quickly.
• Mady is always learning, whether it's a new technique or a piece of equipment, and she makes sure to share that knowledge with the team. On top of that, she fits into any team dynamic with ease, helping everyone get on the same page no matter the situation.
• What I admire most about Mady is her authenticity. She’s always honest and transparent, especially when it comes to patient care. She doesn’t just go through the motions—she truly cares about our patients and it shows in everything she does. Whether it’s offering a kind word to a patient or giving us advice when we need it, she never puts on a front. What you see is what you get, and that’s why Mady is so trusted by everyone around them.
• Mady makes everyone feel like part of the team, no matter what role they’re in. She’s always encouraging open communication and listening to others, whether it’s a new nurse or a more experienced team member.
• Mady celebrates our differences, and it makes for a work environment where everyone feels respected and valued. I've seen her go out of her way to mentor others, always making sure no one is left behind.
• It’s clear that Mady is dedicated to her patients and her team. She’s always willing to put in the extra effort when things get tough, whether it’s staying late to ensure a patient is comfortable or helping out a colleague who's in a bind. She doesn’t just do the bare minimum—she gives 110% every single day. It’s inspiring to see someone so passionate about their work and always striving to be better.
• One thing that stands out is her confidence. She makes decisions independently when it’s needed and always trusts her instincts. If something isn’t right, she speaks up and makes changes for the better, even if it’s outside of her usual scope.
• Mady doesn’t wait for someone else to take charge—she leads by example and inspires the rest of us to step up as well. Mady is all about making sure we feel capable and empowered to do our best work.
