May Employee of the Month - Terry Pratt

Here are just a few highlights from Terry’s nominations:
•    Terry is extremely deserving of the Employee of the Month recognition. She is an unsung hero at Hunterdon Health. Her work directly impacts and supports so many core functions of the organization and she works behind the scenes, quietly and humbly, to make things happen.
•    When we have a question we need to answer with data, we reach out to Terry who helps us think through the best way to pull a report. When we receive a report from Terry we are confident in using the data she provides to inform decision-making.
•    Terry embodies all of our core values. She is accountable and committed by consistently and quickly responding to all requests that come her way even when she is juggling a great deal of work.
•    Terry is adaptive. When we have an urgent need for data she finds a way to get it to us in a timely manner.
•    Terry is empowered. She speaks up when she has a question or an idea, all of which contribute positively to the discussion.
•    Terry is inclusive. She always responds and speaks with kindness, patience, and understanding even if it means explaining something multiple times until the group is comfortable with the material.
•    A key example of Terry's embodiment of our values and her contributions to the organization is the launch of the Observation Unit scorecard. She was committed over many months to supporting the project's success. She was accountable for providing the data that was needed, she was adaptive when we tweaked what information we wanted to include and how we wanted to present it and she was an inclusive, empowered collaborator in helping to brainstorm about what data would be most helpful for the audience.
•    Terry should be commended for her dedication and exceptional contributions to our organization. Terry is very responsive and efficient with a consistently positive and helpful attitude and she always goes the extra mile. Terry is very patient and professional and always eager to help no matter how often she is approached.
•    We are extremely lucky to have Terry on our team.
