October Employee of the Month - Keith Paradiso

We are pleased to announce our October 2025 Employee of the Month is Keith Paradiso, Emergency Management Safety Specialist, Security Department.

Here are just a few highlights from Keith’s nominations:

• Keith is adaptive. As a security and emergency management professional, it is quite literally something new every day, and I have never seen Keith back down from a challenge.
• Keith is authentic, and he will tell you like it is. In the two years I have known him, he has never switched up, and he's always who he is, whether you like it or not. He has never conformed to fit into a box. Keith always asks for help when needed, and he never acts like he knows it all.
• If you want to talk about someone who loves his job, Keith is more committed than most. People from many other departments reach out and he is there for everyone all the time.
• Our security department is very diverse. It is mostly male, but Keith is very inclusive and includes the female officers in everything we do. Being a female does not mean much to him as long as you can do your job. If we are doing training, we are right in the thick of it. He is fair and does not discriminate.
• Keith is accountable. When he makes a mistake or realizes something is not right, he will always do his best to fix it and apologize for his error. I have seen him do that on multiple occasions.
• Keith works around the clock not only with his security team but with all the projects that are taking place throughout the hospital and outside facilities. He is truly the Swiss Army Knife of the hospital.
• Keith is always on the move, working with all the departments. He has been extremely productive with drills and ensuring all hospital team members are ready and taken care of. He is a great asset to this institution.
