EDUCATION: Carolyn is a registered 500-hour Yoga Instructor (RYT), certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), certified as a Spinning Instructor, and an Instructor for the Rock Steady Boxing program for Parkinson's patients.

EDUCATION: Cheryl has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Human Movement from East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

EDUCATION: Jen holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Weight Loss Specialist all certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In addition, she is a certified Yogafit Level 5 Instructor and a Rocksteady Boxing Coach, a program designed for people with Parkinson’s disease.

EDUCATION: Jervie is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and Nutritionist, all certified through the International Sports Sciences Association. In addition, he is CRR/AED and First Aid certified.

EDUCATION: Kate holds two certifications as a Personal Trainer, one through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the other through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant, certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Additionally, she has completed her 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Certification through Sierra Bender Holistic Yoga Therapy, which is a unique integration of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. She is also certified in Wellness Yoga through AFAA as a Sunrise Yoga Fitness Instructor. Always looking for new and interesting ways to keep fit, she became a Zumba Instructor in 2010 and obtained her Stroller Fitness Instructor Certification in 2009. Kate earned a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: Megan has been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2004. She has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Management with a Nutritional Sciences minor from Rutgers University. Megan has been coaching adult athletes in running and triathlon since 2011 and has coached high school cross country since 2016.
