On Sunday, June 7, 2026, riders, families, and friends will gather once again at Duncraven Stables in Titusville, NJ, for a day that blends competition with compassion.
Hosted by Katie Benson in memory of her late husband, Jack Benson, Briarwood Derby Day is more than just an equestrian event—it is a living tribute to Jack’s legacy and a vital fundraiser to ensure that local cancer patients receive the high-quality care they deserve. This year, the community aims to build on the incredible momentum of the previous event, which raised $19,437 to support those in need.
The day’s festivities begin at 8:00 a.m., featuring talented young riders taking to the course. Throughout the event, spectators and supporters can make real-time pledges to fuel life-changing programs and support services at Hunterdon Regional Cancer Center.
As we look ahead to this year’s Derby Day, we do so with gratitude for the memories honored, the riders inspired, and the impact made possible through every gift and every jump.
