The Islamic Center of Hunterdon recently made a thoughtful donation to Hunterdon Health, providing a collection of prayer rugs and Islamic religious texts to support Muslim patients and families during their time at the hospital. The donation included prayer rugs in a variety of colors and sizes, along with English and bilingual English-Arabic copies of the Qur’an, pocket-sized devotional texts, and additional faith-based books focused on prayer, reflection, and spiritual comfort. These resources will be made available to patients and visitors seeking quiet moments of worship during their care experience. Hunterdon Health is grateful to the Islamic Center of Hunterdon for its generosity and commitment to ensuring that patients of all faiths feel supported, respected, and welcomed.
