As a Health Coach with the Total Wellness Program at Hunterdon Health and Wellness Centers, Sharon guides individuals in making meaningful changes that improve their overall health and quality of life.
All sessions are held at the Clinton Wellness Center.
Member Private Coaching:
10 - 1-hour sessions - $540.00
Guest Private Coaching:
10 - 1-hour sessions - $720.00
Sharon is a highly experienced trainer at the Clinton Wellness Center, where she has worked for 17 years. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior Trainer, and Certified Health Coach, and has been personal training members for 15 years.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Individual and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University and has worked with renowned nutritionist Dr. Joel Fuhrman. Dedicated to supporting others in their wellness journeys, Sharon ran with a women's running group and volunteered as a mentor for 10 years.
