Here are just a few highlights from Stephanie’s nominations:
• Stephanie is a great asset to Hunterdon Health and a dedicated team player. Not only does she handle the meetings and administrative responsibilities, but she also helps out on the floor when needed and makes sure everyone gets a break.
• Stephanie is wonderful to work with. She is always friendly and ready to listen to patients and colleagues. She is always ready to step up, take charge of any situation, or lend a helping hand when needed.
• Stephanie has shown how adaptive she is after becoming our temporary manager. She has done an amazing job listening to staff needs, questions, and concerns, which she can relate to because of her nursing career.
• We can always count on Stephanie to either help us with patient care if we are short-staffed or get the help we need. We can always go to her with a problem, and she will find a solution or a compromise.
• As a manager and as a nurse, Stephanie is authentic. She takes her time to listen and understand everyone's point of view. She is inclusive and demonstrates how to work as a team. We can always count on her when help is needed, which also shows how committed she is to making sure staff and patients are happy!
• Stephanie is empowered. She has been there for everyone and helped us go through new management changes. She always wants what's best for the team and knows that if we are all at peace and happy, we are better for the patients.
• Stephanie never lets the practice or employees hang. If we need something, even on her day off, she will take the time to help. If we are short on supplies, she will go to other practices to get them.
• Stephanie always has our backs, and this new position has not changed who she is. She is always her authentic self. Although the day-to-day can get overwhelming, especially when short-staffed, she stays empowered to try to find us the help we need.
• Stephanie is a great listener, not just to the staff, but to all the patients she comes in contact with. She is not afraid to jump in during any emergencies, take the lead, and give out directions to handle patient care smoothly without any chaos.
• Stephanie stays true to her words and her values while following Hunterdon's philosophy and values. She is always very kind and has a smile on her face.
